Because it is west-facing, sunset cocktails on either of the 60ft balconies or pool deck are a must.

The house is situated in Montserrat's Woodland Beach area at the end of a private cul de sac, shared by only one other villa.

There is accommodation for two couples on the main level, with an additional three bedrooms and two shower rooms, recently renovated, on the lower floor. One shower room is shared between two bedrooms, one is en-suite. (Contact me for downstairs rates if needed.) The two bathrooms on the upper floor are not en-suite but are immediately across the corridor from the bedrooms. The open plan living room and kitchen open onto the upper balcony which is effectively another living space.

The main bedroom has AC and there are ceiling fans throughout, as well as on the upper balcony.

The villa has a modern fully-equipped kitchen, a separate laundry, fibre-optic Internet on the upper floor, cable TV, a gas barbecue and a very large totally private garden.
