This extravagant villa is a beautiful getaway for a couple or family retreat. You drive through the automatic gate and wind down a tropical drive until you reach the very spacious parking area with a two car garage. Enter through the kitchen and you walk into a chef's dream space. The kitchen comes with brand new refrigerator, two wall ovens by Kitchen Aid,  gas burners and grill, wine cooler, ice maker, coffee center and so much more. You have two sinks so that no one tramples over each other with two separate bars that people can enjoy for breakfast, or to just keep others company while they are in the kitchen area.

To enjoy these meals prepared in the kitchen you have your choice of formal dining or outside dining on two beautiful outdoor patios.

After a long day of relaxing in the sun, you can head to the air conditioned lounge where you can relax in two of our recliners or sectional couch. Enjoy some music or watch a movie on the 60" television. This TV comes complete with cable and Roku with a variety of options.

The home is also fully furnished with fiber optic internet throughout the home. You have a great signal wherever you are to stay connected with whatever may be important to you. You will also find a few spaces that are wonderful to set up as a work space if you intend to work away from home while you're here on the Emerald Isle. 

The Master Bedroom is very large and spacious. It has its own office patio, found through the French doors, to enjoy the island breeze and the view. You will also find another set of doors that lead directly onto the pool deck. If you find our tranquil breezes are not enough, this room is also fully equipped with AC. The Bathroom boasts of double sinks, walk in shower, separate toilet area with both toilet & bidet, and a jacuzzi tub to relax and unwind in.

The second bedroom in this villa is almost as nice as the master. It has two separate double door entrances that open to the outside living space. It has AC for those times that it feels too hot here in the tropics. The ensuite bathroom also boasts of double sinks, beautifully tiled walk in shower and full size soaking tub.

The third bedroom option upstairs has two twin beds and its own ensuite bathroom. Double closets and drawers of course makes plenty of space for anything you might want to bring with you. This ensuite bathroom has a beautiful tiled walk in shower. There is a single basin, but still has plenty of space to store all your personal beauty products.

The fourth bedroom upstairs has a queen size bed. This is a small basic room and is more of an overflow room if the whole family is coming. This room has two wardrobes, shelving and other space to store your luggage. It also has its own AC unit to keep you cool. This room also has hand crafted built in desk space making it the perfect office space for those who find themselves needing to work while on island.  

The home offers three under roof sitting areas outside, two of which are around the pool and one is a complete screened in porch off the lounge. Enjoy sitting outside in all hours, views by day and stars by night. Two of these sitting areas have dining tables, one can comfortably seat 4, while the main one can seat 8. You can also enjoy the formal dining room that has six chairs, with seating for 8 people. 

There's a completely additional outside seating area under a fan that is closer to the main quarters with a comfortable couch, chairs and coffee table. 

On the lower level of the villa with an entry that comes from the main room of the villa, is a fully furnished one bedroom apartment. It has a living area, dining area, small kitchen, queen sized bedroom and its own ensuite bathroom with shower. This apartment has several windows and is very light and spacious. The apartment also has its own AC. The apartment opens onto its own gallery, allowing another sitting area with steps that lead up to the pool deck.
